We understand sometimes things change in your life.

We appreciate that you let us know as soon as possible, as we are usually booked up to 2 weeks in advance.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will incur a $40 fee. Any cancellations made upon our arrival will still be invoiced at 50% of the value of your booking.

Please note we have a $15 travel and administrative charge for all clients.
In addition if you have no provided an email address (or requested a paper invoice) we do have a $2.50 paper charge.

PRIVACY: Any information collected will be used only for contacting purposes and will not be passed on to any other parties unnecessarily .
